§ 1 ParityQC grants a free-of-charge, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to the Parity Twine Optimizer Function (the "Service") for one (1) user and thirty (30) calendar days from activation, solely for evaluation purposes (the "Free Trial"). The request for a Free Trial constitutes a binding offer, and upon receipt of the request, ParityQC decides at its sole discretion whether to grant access.

§ 2 The Free Trial is directed at businesses, and the acting individual warrants that they are authorized to represent the company on whose behalf they act. The company becomes the contracting party (the "Licensee").

§ 3 Upon expiry of the thirty (30) calendar days, access to the Service is automatically disabled; there is no entitlement to renewal or continuation. Any further use requires a separate agreement.

§ 4 In addition to these provisions, Parity QC's Terms of Service apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these provisions (§§ 1–4) and PartityQC’S Terms of Service, these provisions (§§ 1–4) shall prevail.
